It seems that companies are starting to slowly follow new habits of their employees created during Covid. Most of employees use to saving time for everyday commuting to work by spending much more time in their local living zones. At the same time, it becomes apparent that permanent home office concept is not sustainable. This new concept might be a potential compromise. An employee would be working in a business environment with an access to all facilities and infrastructure next to its living zone, an employer would gain additional flexibility and some cost saving while the overall community benefits from less traffic and reduced pollution. This stands specifically for the big cities with the developed suburban areas.
